Most recently she served as Group People Director at a major European utility where she led the people function through a period of rapid expansion that saw the organization grow from 18000 to 32000 employees in five years. The mission scale
Anya Petrova said she was drawn to Quantrex by the scale of the mission and the quality of the organization that has already been built. Forty thousand people have chosen to spend their careers building renewable energy infrastructure at a moment when that work has never mattered more.
My job is to make sure that the organization they work in gives them every opportunity to do their best work. That means the right structures the right leadership and the right culture to attract and retain the best engineers operators and builders in the industry. I am excited to get started.
